Even more wheel bearing woes...
This side was showing no signs of any wheel bearing problems, no play, no discernible noise, but the brake backing plate needed replacing and so the spindle had to come out. It came out a bit too easily and this is what was revealed, another disintegrated wheel bearing.
It just goes to show that wheel bearing replacement is best left to those that know ho to do it....
