Damaged Goods – Shipping Related

Contact us immediately to report any damage. Do not discard box or packaging. If a claim is filed, arrangements will be made for inspection and/or pickup of item and packaging. We are not liable for damage to shipments that are forwarded to an address beyond the shipping address.

Shortages or Errors/Defective Items

Contact us immediately and we will process an exchange or replacement as required.

If you have a problem with the fit or function of a part, please call us. If the part is determined to be defective, please return it to us, and we’ll process a replacement when we receive the item back. May be subject to manufacturer’s warranty.


Returning an item on your own ***Please review guidelines carefully***


Please call for authorisation. Pack box securely to avoid damage. Include original invoice. Insure package and retain receipt of shipment. We are not responsible for damages on returns due to insufficient packaging or loss. Damaged items will be returned to customer.

  • Items must be new, unused and in the original unopened packaging with original label.
  • Unless faulty, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date: you will receive a full refund of the item cost according to the original payment terms excluding shipping costs. Refunds will only be made to original payment method.
  • If you would like to return part of a set or kit, please contact us in advance for approval.

NO returns on special order items. In the event the item is defective, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty at the manufacturer’s discretion.

NO returns or warranty on used items.

NO returns on electrical products or tools.

All refunds and credits will be done at the sole discretion of Corvette Kingdom. Any exceptions to our policy may result in a credit. All rules and policies are subject to change without notice.


Warranty

Corvette Kingdom will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising from any cause, nor for labour, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item.


Core returns

Core returns must be shipped within 30 days of the exchange part purchase. The core must be in rebuildable and complete condition to satisfy our core deposit refund obligation. The original core deposit invoice must be sent with the return. We will not pay shipping charges on core returns. Failure to return a core within this 30 day period will result in forfeiture of the respective core deposit.
